  1. What is the minimum and maximum quantity for wholesale order? What if I want to order 11 cartons and above?

    Minimum 1 carton and maximum 11 cartons. If you want to order more than 11 cartons, kindly email us at yuta@yuta.com or contact us at 04-2627227.

  2. How long does it take to ship out the items/orders once payment made?

    We take 24 hours to process and we will ship out within 3 working days. Orders are process during working days from Monday-Friday only. No urgent order will be entertain.

  3. When is the estimated delivery duration?

    West Malaysia 2 – 3 Days
    East Malaysia 5 – 7 Days
  4. Where can you find your tracking number?

    Courier service tracking numbers will be provided in the ‘track my order’ section once items/order is shipped out.

Returns Policy

Return options:
  1. Replacement for a wrong defective item sent.
  2. Refund of money paid for product within 3 working days upon receipt product.
  3. Items must be returned within 7 days upon receipt.
  4. Defected item should be reported within 24 hours from the receiving date and time. After 24 hours report is not valid.

  1. Can I get a refund if the item delivered is damaged/broken?

    Yes, you are able to request refund for the damages items.

  2. How do I return my items?

    Please drop us email at yuta@yuta.com with the subject ‘E-Commerce Website Return Items’ and your order details before returning the items. Our support team will attend your email as soon as possible. Please allow 1 – 2 working days to process your inquiry.

  3. Will I be charged for the delivery cost of the replacement item?

    For any damages/defected item you received, we will bear the shipping cost and we will provide supporting documents and consignment notes of return.

  4. When will I receive the replacement item?

    Please give us 2-3 working days upon receiving your returned item to process. Once we verified, we will send the exchanged item to you.

  1. Return can only be made one time per order number.
  2. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  3. Ensure return details given are correct and complete before handover to the courier service to pick up.

  5. The returned item must be in its original condition and packing (unopened and unaltered). Any changes of items which do not meet these conditions will be declined.

Cancellation Order Policy

Any cancellation after the purchase order is processed (either in whole or in part) will be charged a cancellation charge of RM 100.00. No charges will be charged for orders that have not been processed.

Storage

All date products to be stored in a cool condition. Any damage to the products not stored in accordance to the storage conditions as stipulated on the boxes will not be entertained.
