REFUND OR EXCHANGE POLICY
At Yusuf Taiyoob we care for you and the quality of food you consume. Let us know if you are unhappy with your purchase kindly get in touch with us and we will help you to solve the issue. As for that, we will provide a replacement and/or refund for any unsatisfactory quality products received and/or bought from our online store.
We understand that this may happen due to our products being natural produce with little to no preservatives and there are certain factors that are beyond our control; factors such as weather, logistic arrangements, handling and scheduling outside our premises, and other unforeseen circumstances.
These are the steps for you to refund/exchange:
- You have seven (7) days from the date stated on the invoice to contact us should the quality of the product/s delivered and/or bought not meet your expectations with what is stated.
- Contact us immediately via our number and details stated below.
- Send us a message and/or send us email with brief descriptions of your damaged products.
- You are required to have our official invoice or proof of purchase and snap a picture of the invoice.
- Please provide pictures of the product’s condition as proof of reference and, more importantly, to ensure you have purchased originally Yusuf Taiyoob’s products.
- An exchange will be sent to your mailing address within seven (7) working days.
- Refund will be based on the product value stated in the invoice and amount of quantity damaged.
- Customer will get refund as the original payment method made.
- Should you require a refund, it will be credited within seven (7) working days.
